Allen - what is your son's squadron's name?  I am unable to do a logo search without that info.  I would be proud to display their colors!!

My family experienced the flash floods of Oceana last year while visiting our son. One minute all was well and the next thing we knew roads were closed and water was everywhere!

LOL too funny . . well if he finds a car send it my way (been without a car for a month now) and if I find a canoe I will send it his way ;).

Son called last night, another storm in Virginia Beach. Said he was going to stop looking for a car to buy and start looking for a canoe.

I was thinking I should share that we were able to stop buy Oceana for a very short visit while on our family vacation. We picked our son up from the base in the evening and brought him back the next morning. We didn't have much time, not much more than a few meals together. He took up on a quick little tour when we dropped him off, I know he was really happy to be able to show us a few things. I was nice to see where he is and to know a little about his surroundings.

I did find that this small town boy did not like the traffic out there, not at all.
