Mail time

Hey all.  My son left for Great Lakes on June 20.  We got his form letter on July 1.  Anyone else in Arizona or other western states able to tell me how long it takes for mail sent from these states to Great Lakes?  We sent some on the 1st and wonder if he's gotten them yet.  We got a letter from him most recently dated the 3rd, and as expected he'd not received them yet.

    They hold the mail and pass it out when they please, no rhyme or reason.

    not true- when a division forms it takes awhile for the mail officer and mail system to get organized.  mail is not held on a arbitrary reason.....
