More answer to prayer.  Our son received orders and is shipping out from the Temp Holding Unit in GL to Nuclear A School in Charelston tomorrow.  he may have to wait for a new class to start up but he's finally moving forward.

My Faith is in our God.

The Lord is my strength and defense; he has become my salvation. He is my God, and I will praise him, my father's God, and I will exalt him. Exodus 15:2

Every breath we draw is a gift of God's love; every moment of existence is a grace.

Continuing to pray for our service members both deployed and stateside.  Elvis, praying that the Lord will watch over your son and those going with him.  The trials that we go through are all opportunities to draw close to our Father in heaven and I'm praying that they will do just that.  Also requesting prayer for my daughter and her classmates in MA school that will be taking a written exam and going through the OC spray tomorrow.  If all goes well, they'll be choosing orders too.  Thank you for your prayers!

Last time I saw my son, stationed at Pearl, was Dec. 2010 - hope to see him in June.  I pray for every serviceman/woman in all branches of service, each morning, for the Lord's protection and safety of each one, and that would include your son.  :)  Happy Easter to everyone - Jesus has risen!!! AMEN!  (and He is coming soon!)

To all members of NavyDads and your heroic sailors, may the blessings of the Risen Lord be with you this Easter and every day! Elvis and Dan, be assured your sons and buddies are being prayed for! Happy Easter!

We haven't seen our son since Christmas of '11, but he should be headed back to the states this month.  I join you in praying for our deployed sailors.

Just wanted to send up a prayer for my son and a couple of thousand buddies who deployed today. Please ask your higher power to reflect and reward these people and all who serve and bring them home to loving hearts and a grateful nation.

God answers prayer on his time and for the good of his people. So is there any doubt your son was meant for Nuke School based on that quick turnaround? I pray He continues to bless and guide your son through school and as he serves our country!

He is faithful, isn't He, Daniel. So glad your son is moving forward in his career! Thanks for the encouraging words!
