What does it mean when a Div is commissioned? Ii know it must be good. My SR said they got to celebrate in their barracks. But is it a performance award? Or just a phase to get to? I'm not sure WHY the Div was comm.

the division number is like saying "the class of '71"...it is essentially only a training identification while at RTC
