December 30th information request

Hello, does anyone know what time the graduation begins on December 30th? My son will be graduating and I cant seem to find out what time it starts. Also I understand there is a website I have to go to 11 days prior to get a parking pass. Any helpful information would be great! Thanks

THEY will star at 9;30am my son graduation day will be 12/30/09
