I was really proud of senator McCain. His book on cd has touched me deeply. You can hear the regret in his voice when talking about caving to the Vietcong. He held out for as long as he could and that was all anyone could expect of an American fighting man. I never read the book but only listened to it on cd but I'm sure hearing it in his own voice, the regret, made it much more profound! I have a few disagreements with senator McCain politically bcuz he's a little to moderate for me but he truly is a true hero.
