Our son went into RTC on Nov 8, 2021. He actually got to call us last Tuesday, Nov 23, as recognition for effort from his RDC. He mentioned that he had mailed the Form Letter on Monday, Nov 22. We still have not received it. Is that normal for the mail to take so long from RTC? Any input would be helpful.

Mail is running very slow these days.....and don't forget that Thanksgiving holiday was right after mailing.....
