A school graduation is a non event compared to PIR. Not even in the same ball park but it really depends on which A school they are graduating from. Some schools are fairly short and basically hand out certificates, shake their hands and send them to their duty station or they have leave for 10 days before they start their next training school. So ask your sailor what happens at his school. It really varies from school to school but again...nothing like PIR and if there are guests generally it's only a few. Your Sailor needs to put your name on a list so you have access to the Base.
