The family is making plans for graduation and we have been given the date if 8-8-14.... What are the chances that the date will change?? I am making work and flight plans.

I suggest you consider Southwest Air and try to fly into Milwaukee- the only reason PIR would change if is your sailor fails a physical fitness test or has other issues.
