My son is in ship 11 division 057. And we still after 4 weeks have not received his clothes or the form letter about graduation. I am starting to get a little worried! His first letter home he told us he was going to be graduating on January 27, 2016. So, we are making plans to be down in Gurnee on that Friday just to see him. We also have not spoken to him on the phone yet either!
I am wondering if anyone else has had this problem? And what to do?

Thank you! Yes, we have written him, he should have received our letters starting this weekend. We will give it another week to see if at least we receive the letter of graduation before calling!
The recruits are given the option of donating their clothes to a charity such as Goodwill. Normally, the form letter comes after about three weeks. I would say if you don't hear from him in another week, contact the Public Affairs Office.
