My son finally met with legal yesterday. He is fighting his case and they are going to look at the waiver he is requesting. He already talked to the doctor about it and she said she would review it. Do they go before a medical review and request all his medical records from back home? or just what they have been working on with him there? Just wondering on what time frames we have to look at.

here are the three options: A.) Be separated and unable rejoin the Navy... B.) Be separated and submit a waiver to rejoin... or C.) Be allowed to stay in SEPS, submit a waiver, and rejoin a division if/when his waiver is approved.
As far as how long? I've read on other sites comments talking 3-5 weeks to a couple of months.......
