My daughter just arrived at boot camp this past Tuesday (March 18th). I really want to send her a letter. I've written every day since she left, but can't mail anything. When and how did others get an address to send letters?

Thank you for the answers! Of course, my form letter arrived today as well as the box of personal belongings! Had my letter(s) in the mail within an hour! So for the record, my daughter arrived on Tuesday March 18th and I had my form letter and box of belongings on Monday March 24th. I can't complain about that turn-around time.

Our son left for Great Lakes on Feb 4 and we received his form letter with address on Feb 10. That letter provides a lot of helpful info, including a password you'll need to download a gate pass to enter PIR.
it takes about 7-10 days to get the form letter with address and PIR info
