Information on Dahlgren

Good Afternoon :

I am wondering if anyone may have some information on how the housing works at Dahlgren? Sailor daughter is now there for C School. Cannot find a lot of information on whether or not they have to live in apartments off base (no car) or they have barracks available for students? I have a lot of questions but really am having a difficult time finding ANY information.
