Is there anyone else out there that is getting the feeling that our service members are sitting ducks in Afghanistan? It seems that every morning one, two or more of our heroes, sons, fathers & / or brothers are being shot down by our so called Afghan "allies". I read where the Taliban has infiltrated the Afghan army & police. If we are not going to enter conflicts, kick butt & get out & just let your young men get slaughtered, wouldn't it be best just to pack up & bring the heroes home. I find it hard to support any further engagements knowing that our government is not there to win the battle. In my area alone in the last month we have had three funerals for young heroes murdered in cold blood by our Afghan "allies".

This is so true. If we are not there to win then we need to get out. Nation building in a country were they obviously do not want us is a waste of our precious lives and money. Our objective should have been to destroy the people that tried to destroy our nation on 9/11. Not to coddle, but to let others know that if you mess with the U.S. you will never mess with anyone again. God Bless our heros.
