Navy vs. Army wager

Shipmates, just got word that Chief of Naval Operations, Admiral Gary Rougheadwas listening to your suggestions for a wager and based on your input he andThe U.S. Army's Chief of Staff General Casey
have agreed to a friendly wager. Winner of the game tomorrow will get a nice photo of their counterpart with the other team's mascot. (We'll hang the photo of General Casey with Bill the Goat at United States Naval Academy for the midshipmen to enjoy).
