I just got a call from my son. Apparently they are talking about doing a medical separation because he had ADHD when he was young. I am not sure if there is something we can do to help him.

This is Frank Cintron. just checking with you as to the disposition of your sons case. has anything changed? I can't understand why they took this long to come up with this reason after he gets to boot camp. He did fine through his physical and meps?? makes no sense to me. Hope it all works out in the end, I can't imagine how you must be feeling. I hope for the best for you and your son. Please have as happy a Thanksgiving as is possible given the circumstances you are faced with and your son and family.
See if you can get a note from his doctor that he does not require any special medication and when he stopped the medication. Hopefully he disclosed the condition to recruiter.
