This morning we got a nice suprise at 7:30 we got a call from our son and got to talk to him for about 20 min. It was rushed but nice to hear from him. He is clearly at the broken down stage of his training and is being told how terrible the division is doing.... and of course they are being told that the whole div will be held back from PIR..... we knew this would be said to them to try to whip the div into shape. He is discouraged anyway.... clearly the process is working and they will now start to come together as a division....

Glad to hear you received your first call from your son. We missed our first call from our daughter Saturday morning, we were both very sad. She did get to talk to her best friend who kindly filled us in on how she is doing. She said things are going great and she sounded really good. I'm glad to find another parent on here that has won or daughter in the same ship and division as ours.
