Does anyone know anything about oic mast at great lakes. If a case is sent there dies it usually stay there. What kind of punishment can be imposed?

Any mast will probably disqualify a Sailor from overseas duty. Probably a couple weeks because their will k

have to be a pre mast investigation.

How long does it take before a mast proceeding happens (from the date of the offense). Does the subject of the mast receive notice etc?

Mast is serious- up to and including discharge. First time offenders can potentially lose their school or program depending on what the program is and how serious their offense. It does vary. Second strike, they're out.
