How does the packages work during the holidays. I am seeing a schedule, and assume partly this is to insure your package arrives in time you must ship by dates. Do we get any Discounts? I noticed 11/7 usps ground and after 11/25 space available. What do these terms mean?

Bases have different addresses.....
HSL-37's in Hawaii used to be:

the three-digits are the first three number of the FPO zip...that defines where the address is.
