If you're taking a shuttle to PIR (taxi cab) there's no need for this. But if you're driving in to base, have your CDL, current registration along with car insurance card ready for the MA...
you only need the pass if you plan to drive onto base and park. The pass is available at: http://www.bootcamp.navy.mil/upcoming_grads.asp but you will need the password that was on the form letter your sailor sent at the beginning of boot camp
