Wanting to touch base with others out there with SR's in same div as mine or with same PIR date....I'd like to know what you've heard about how they are doing.

Admin Paul, us moms are a bit more chattier....lol. Is that a word? Haha. But your site's resources are the best! I love this site. They each serve a great purpose. Thanks for all you do.
Heard from my SR today! All is good he's on track to graduate. Such a relief. Making my travel plans tomorrow! Patrick where is your SR going to A school? Mine San Antonio, Corpsman.
note that most of us here have kids established in the fleet so division talk is pretty limited somedays.....

Patrick thanks for the response. That is what I am hearing from my son as well. He said alot of them give up too easy. He has been on light limited duty for most of boot camp. I don't know how he is going to graduate in 3 weeks...I guess he's been able to take other tests and keep up that way, just not PT. the last letter I received was on the 28th and said he was getting X-rays on the 30th. He would either go back full time and "catch up" and start fire fighting this week or be put into physical therapy for 6 weeks or sent home. We've not made any travel plans for PIR yet. Waiting for that letter. I hope they call this weekend too then! he said he is so depressed sitting on the sidelines. I can't imagine the depression getting set back 6 weeks. Well I'm going to friend you. Let's keep in touch. There are only 4 other parents on Navy4Moms in our ship/div and they are all in the girl division I think. I think i did read on here that its not until like week 5 when they all usually really start coming together. Seems late in the game, but we can hope. Talk to you soon.
