PIR 3/28/14

Happy to report we got the letter today - our SR is on ship 13 (Marvin Shields) div 124. We are very glad to now have his mailing address and can start planning for the trip to PIR (from Florida). Looking forward with anticipation - cheers!

    My son PIR 3/28/14.  Ship 13 Div 124.  Coming from San Antonio.  Can't wait to see him.  Just hope I can stay composed! Am really proud.

    Received call from my son last night. My grandson was so happy to talk to his uncle who is just like his big brother. He is on ship 13 Div 124. He sounded good. Looking forward to 3/28/14.  Is Milwaukee a better option than O'Hare? Plan on renting a car when we get there. Staying in Waukegan.

    We got my son's box today, no letter yet. He arrived there on the evening of the 11th.

    We have not yet. My wife spends a lot of time on the Navy for moms sight and says she hasn't seen any from that division that have received calls yet. Maybe this weekend.
