they are first come first served....when you get there you'll see placards on sign holders with division numbers.....those correspond to where the corresponding divisions will line up after marching in. The bleachers are NOT comfortable so let that be a warning. We advise all to consider taking a taxi or shuttle and avoiding the chaos- the line can be close to a mile long trying to get on base. Everyone else will try to get there early- evaluate the times carefully.....
