Outfit for the PIR
The going consensus is that the attire is business casual, though there is currently no enforced dress code, so jeans and a tee are welcomed. But really? Your new Sailor will be in his/her *formal* Navy attire, please dress accordingly! You will undoubtedly be in some photos with your new sailor in their dress whites or dress blues. Just keep in mind how you want to look standing next to them in those photos.
