Biography
Alex Bridgnell is stationed at Great Lakes Naval Base and is starting his "A" School training program as a Fire Control Specialist.
Upon completion of Boot Camp at the Recruit Training Center (RTC) in Great Lakes, Alex, who was his Division's Recruit Petty Officer Commander (RPOC), received the Military Excellence Award. This award is presented to the recruit whose total performance in Recruit Training best exemplifies the qualities of enthusiasm, devotion to duty, professional and academic achievement, military appearance and behavior, self-discipline and teamwork. He received a Letter of Commendation from
Rear Admiral Sharpe, USN, Commander, Naval Service Training Command, two Commemorative Coins, and a watch from the Navy Club of America.

Alex's hometown is Phoenix, Arizona with two proud parents and his sister, brother-in-law, niece, and grandparents. He enjoys hockey, running, mountain biking, and all extreme outdoor activities.
