Our son just graduated from Power School on 11/9/12 and is now on grad hold waiting for orders to prototype. He was honorman in his A School class and 4th in his ET section of 36 in Power School. A classmate of his is preparing to submit his application package for the STA-21 program and our son is thinking that he wants to do so as well. I would like to be able to give him some fatherly advice, but know next to nothing about the program or his chances of qualifying for it. Can anyone fill me in on this route to a commission and what it will entail for him?
