  • By far the USNSCC is the best organization for youth considering a career in the military. Also the experience of traveling to military bases around the country for training will give your son or daughter a lifetime of memories. Another perk is that you can go in the Navy at a higher pay rate and will come out of boot as an E3.

  • Yep this is it. Aside from entering as an SN you also don't have to do your BMR again. The training's are Great. I will be The Training Officer for winter BC at Marseilles, IL. over Christmas Vacation.  For any one who is btwn 11 and 18  it is a great head start and makes the transition much easier for both the Parent and Sailor.
