Q&A about sea cadets. A good way for younger brothers and sisters to be involved with the Navy and have a lot of fun. Also fun for parents. A great way to do volunteer hours when active duty.

By far the USNSCC is the best organization for youth considering a career in the military. Also the experience of traveling to military bases around the country for training will give your son or daughter a lifetime of memories. Another perk is that you can go in the Navy at a higher pay rate and will come out of boot as an E3.
Fort Custer hosts The Leaguer SEAL training. Very cool you must go and go with her. I'll post some pics soon.

Yep this is it. Aside from entering as an SN you also don't have to do your BMR again. The training's are Great. I will be The Training Officer for winter BC at Marseilles, IL. over Christmas Vacation. For any one who is btwn 11 and 18 it is a great head start and makes the transition much easier for both the Parent and Sailor.
