Sending letters to boot camp

My son left for boot camp July 27th but I haven't received anything from him. My son called this past Sunday but my husband forgot to ask him for the address. Is there any other way to find out his address? I've also tried to contact his recruiter but he is out of town at the moment. I really want to send him the letters that I've written daily since he's left. I don't want him thinking that he is forgot. I'd like to send him words of encouragement but I think at this time I just have to wait for him to send me something in the mail.

  • I finally got the call today from another recruiter whom is helping my son's recruiter out while he is away. YAY!! I was so happy I rushed to call my son. You'd think I just won the lottery by how excited I was for getting an address :) Well thanks for the support you've all shown. :)

try contacting his recruiter, that person should able to tell you what ship and division he is in. then this site has the mailing address for that ship and division.

  • you should be getting a form letter with the address any day....the recruiter also should provide you with his address.  He has very little time right now for reading so don't fear about him feeling forgotten....
