been there with two sailors.....hang tough...seeing your sailor walk into the Drill Hall for PIR makes it all worthwhile....and remember that eventually your sailor will be in the fleet....comms can be very infrequent

you are entitled to two calls...."I'm here" and "I'm a sailor"....do not count on calls as they are an earned gift....letters can be few and far between
