we recieved his letter last fri. the day after his box came in.
now we have an address to write. Something my wife and I done that others may think about is his grandmother wants to write but she is getting up there in age so we printed his address and return address on a lot of envelopes so she just has to make any kind of note then seal it up and send it. he will understand and love it.
My wife joined navy moms and a mom posted a message to watch your caller ID for GOV or 84something, Well yesterday was her birthday and the phone rings from that area code it was our son telling his mom happy birthday. That made the best birthday ever. I was able to talk for a couple min. He said the food was GREAT and he is doing well. They are learning everything they do is a team, he said if someone does bad on an inspection they all do bad no mater if you are perfect. The other topic was they need to learn the UCMJ.
