Our recruit just started basic training last week and I’m wondering if he immediately started basic training or if they stuck him in ROM for 14 days since he’s unvaccinated. What do you think happened to him? We’re just wondering if his basic training is going to be 10 weeks or 12 weeks.

As far as I know, recruits are still being put in ROM. They will go from O'Hare Airport straight to a hotel for 2 weeks. Once they leave ROM they will go to RTC to begin their 10-week training. Unvaccinated recruits will be given COVID injections shortly after arriving.
