Thanks. I ended up using Kayak, and the same American Airlines flight was half the price of AA website. I also booked at the Quality Inn.
Daughter PIRd in '05...I've never knew that there was a MWR Travel Desk....I have always booked my own flights as it gave me flexibility in routing and times. I usually compared Kayak to Expedia to Southwest to see what suited me the best.
