The U.S. Navy is delivering supplies and conducting search and rescue operations in mainland Japan. Jason Harrel, assigned to the Black Knights of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 154, aboard the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76).
