  My son graduated from A school Monday and is supposed to be heading for Gulfport, MS today to begin the next phase of his training/life/adventure. I couldn't be more proud of him.

  My son, part of CRS4, is being deployed today. First stop: Kuwait. Don't know if that is the final destination or not. Praying for him regardless.

  Dave...my daughter is currently at Portsmouth and says that base housing is readily available...otherwise it is out of pocket. True advice regarding the tunnel.....the morning commute is terrible!

  My son will be reporting to NNSY in Portsmouth VA later this year. Does anyone have any advice on housing (on base or off)? He and two buddies will be reporting in November and have been advised that there is limited or no housing on base. Moreover, they were advised not to rent or buy in any locale requiring them to cross a bridge or tunnel.
