Got the letter...

Received the form letter today from my son.  He is in Ship 02  Div 948.  PIR date 9 October.  Anybody else out there the same?  He wrote a short note at the bottom saying he made the Drum Line so I guess he will be playing in the band at graduation.  Really looking forward to seeing that.  Mom is happy now that she can start writing him.

    Its great our kids are in the same Division.  Lets keep in touch.

    August 11 was my son's ship date as well so your boy should have the same PIR date.  Stay in touch. It's great to have other parents to communicate with who are experiencing the same feelings.
