Honor Graduates

Greetings, I have a question about the list of honor graduates that I've seen on this site a couple of times. Does it get published for each training group graduating or is it a hit or miss kind of thing? My daughter graduates this week, I've been looking for the list for the last couple of PIRs and haven't been able to find them. Can you help me?
