Just got the "I'm a sailor!" Call!

My son just called!  Got to talk to him for over 30 minutes!  Battle stations are over and he is now officially a sailor!  So proud of the kid!  Can't wait to see him on the 25th!  

Anyone else get the call today?

Ship 13 Div 320!   

He said he had not slept in 36 hours, but was in great spirits, very happy, and looking forward to his "next adventure at sub school!"  

I am beaming with pride and respect for that...not kid...young man!

    Congratulations to both you and your son David.  I'm sure you must be bursting with pride.  Hopefully I will get a similar call in 2 weeks....
