Navy boot camp

I got the 'I'm a sailor' call today. Super proud of my son. He said he was exhausted but really excited. Can't wait to see him this coming weekend.

    You will definitely enjoy PIR, I have been to one, and will see another one in April/May of this year. If you have never seen a PIR it something, a real special ceremony and something you will remember always.

    The "official" NavyDads excuse for the misty eyes at PIR is to blame the bright lights in Midway Ceremonial Hall!
