If your son or daughter is in this division have you heard anything?? I got the standard short phone call and small snipet in the ship information from my daughter ... but nothing else. I hope they are doing OK.

Well we finally got a letter. All is OK. Just a rough start I guess. First 48 hours forced to stay awake. Then after just getting into the routine of things. From what I hear the mail was delayed a couple days because of the bad weather. Glad to see she is able to write. She gave a bunch of advice to her brother who is slated to join the first of March. Like, study your phonetic alphabet and learn the General Rules as quickly as possible. Short chow breaks and group 5 minute showers.
Thanks Ken,
Maybe my kid forgot our address?? JK I guess they start learning about firing arms this week ... if everything is on track.

Steve,
My son is 1 week ahead of your daughter. We got our first "real" call one week ago, Last Tuesday. You should get your call anytime now. We still have only 1 letter. They are very busy. Our son said so busy that he didn't know what day of the week it was. Hang in there, she's doing just fine. The food is good, I'm told, but the workouts are hard but very doable. God Bless.
