Well we got our second phone call from my son, and i was home to talk to him this time. He had 30 min to talk but it only seemed like 5 min. It was sure good to here from him. It sounds like everybody in their division is getting along, and hes making lots of friends. We also got our third letter from him, he said he is still home sick, but not as much as the first couple of weeks. I would sure like to here from any other parent that have someone in this ship and division.

Hi Noel,
It is nice to see another dad with a sailor on the same ship and division. I was beginning to think I was the only one on here. Let me tell you the moms have it together. Based on the things my wife tells me from the moms site it appears they earn phone privileges. She said there doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason as to when and for how long they get to call. When Alex called this weekend he said they receive mail daily but can only write on Sundays and holidays. He said that their division is starting to finally find their rhythm and working together better. He said that their division is integrated (men & woman) so it makes things a little harder because they are not always together. Apparently there are only a couple of divisions that are co-ed. Did your son send you adopt a sailor information?
My son is also in the same ship and division. Glad to hear you received your third letter. We got our second call from our son on Saturday the 30th. I wonder if they are splitting the division on phone call privileges? However, I think our son is writing the girl friend and friends more than us lol! Glad to see another dad from same division and ship on here.
