    My son flew out Jan 25.  He flew out of PDX, transferred in Minneapolis and landed in Chicago.  The plane was late and they had to wait around in the airport for a while.

    Now he is  about halfway through.  Time flies.

    Glad they are finally there.  Should be quite the shock for Russ, when he left California it was 72 and sunny...

    My son arrived last night as well. He called us around 1:30 am. We ran the full gambit of emotions last night.
