    That's a neat idea.  We have our blue star flag on the front door with gold jingle bells and ribbons hanging from the top.  I have Christmas star paper behind it.  The rest of the year, the door is yellow and white. Painted it to match the room, didn't think about the yellow ribbon at the time. :)

    For all Moms and Dads I am putting yellow ribbons on my wreaths , they will be up till my Son gets home for good, Might be an idea for others.
