My daughter went thru RTC in '05....had no issues or worries whatsoever
I can tell you that she ended up with a lot of Big Brothers who always looked out for her well-being! They are told to always travel in a group as well....Caity has never really had a problem. Your daughter's safety will always be prioritized by those around her!
