    He's only been in for less than three and a half years. He came onboard the Tennessee as a Fireman Recruit (E1), and his plan is to leave as a 1st Class (E6) when his rotation to shore duty comes up in about 2 years. Long term goal: MCPON: Master Chief Petty Office of the Navy!
