This video is about the elimination of the requirement to have a decal on your vehicle to enter a Navy base. This policy goes into effect on July 1, 2013. All those wishing to enter Navy bases are and will still be required to have appropriate identification, vehicle registration and insurance when driving on Navy Installations.
