I leave in a few months for Basic and after I'll go to Pensacola for NACCS. I have some questions I hope you can answer.
- Can reservists become rescue swimmers?
- What is the Advanced Technical Field Aircrewman Program?
- Are all Aircrew "AW" and do they do the same tasks or is there specific jobs within Aircrew?; when do you find out what you are? Do reservists have the same opportunities or job openings as regular enlisted? How is the selection process?
- If corrective eyewear is needed, what is used during training and NACCS and In-Flight ops? Are they comfortable, do they slip? Does the Navy provide them?
