Contact Lenses

My son wears contacts, and I have been told that these are not allowed. My question, What do they wear? Does he need to take his glasses with him??

    LOL!  Big black frames.  He'll have a very current prescription the Navy will fill for him.

    My son's recruiter told him to take his current eyeglass prescription with him and they would issue him glasses there. He was not allowed to wear the ones we had bought. And the new ones the military issues look pretty decent.

    they are called BC or "Birth control" glasses because they aren't very stylish.......they will issue glasses
