National Naval Aviation Museum
The museum on board NAS Pensacola is a must see for all visitors. Plan a day to see it and take it all in. The mission of the National Naval Aviation Museum, an official Department of the Navy museum, is to “select, collect, preserve and display historic artifacts relating to the history of Naval Aviation.”
Hours of Operation
MUSEUM: Daily 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
CUBI BAR CAFE: Daily 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
FLIGHT DECK STORE: Daily 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
EMIL BUEHLER LIBRARY & ARCHIVES: Mon-Fri 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
IMAX® NAVAL AVIATION MEMORIAL THEATRE: Open daily with movies beginning at the top of each hour starting at 10 a.m., with the last movie showing at 4 p.m. Check the IMAX® Movie schedule for exact movie start times.
FREE Admission
Museum admission is free, but donations are accepted and appreciated. The National Naval Aviation Museum is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week year-round, with the exception of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's days.
FREE Parking
The main parking lot is located on the west side of the Museum, with separate parking for buses and motor homes. To ensure the safety of your passengers, buses should load and unload from sidewalk areas. Parking spaces for those with disabilities are available near the Museum's main entrance.

Guided Tours
Available daily and free of charge. Learn about Naval Aviation history from retired military volunteers who have been there and done that! Tour groups meet at the Information Desk at the folling times:
9:30 a.m. | 11:00 a.m. | 1:00 p.m. | 2:30 p.m.
Self Guided Tours
Available for individuals and groups who want to tour the Museum on their own.

I go about every other month because it's always changing. Since I was in the Philippines in 67 the Cubi Point cafe is like a time machine for me. Great museum...
I agree! and there's not a better place to be on a hot July day. A huge air conditioned building full of Naval history, awesome! I'm convinced this is why my son joined the Navy. We vacation in the area every year and when we wanted a day off the beach we always went to the museum. This is on our to-do-list this fourth of July, we haven't been in years. I highly recommend the museum to anyone visiting their Sailor in P'cola.
I have vised more than 5 times. I was thinking about going again.
It is a great place to visit.
