we were there on the 18th for our son. They keep the lines moving respectable ,its the line waiting to get in to be seated. The sooner the better. Are you driving to the gate or taking a shuttle from you hotel?
Son, Ship 03 Div 277, from Lexington is going through PIR next Friday,8/31/12. Looking forward to seeing him & how much Boot Camp has changed him. Any suggestions on how early to arrive at gate next Friday AM?
Daughter just got settled in good.. and now on hold for her school. Had some problems with her school forming up and getting started so she now in golding pattern in chicago till they get enough people to start. Told she is now out of boot camp and now is when things get hard. >LOL< Cause now she not having someone tell her what to do every hour of every day!
We are all very excited. Son sounded wiped out and like he has a bad cold but he was excited to have been capped and is looking forward to seeing us this week. Hope to meet some of you as well. Congrats to all of us with kids graduating on the 18th.
We got our phone call other day to..our duaghter was wiped out...after BS21. My wife talked to her she got the call while she was driving to work. We are both looking very forward to seeinbg her the 18th and all ready making arrangents...an unending list! I can only hope..that all I forget is my toothbrush! I only hope she asked for goup photos and video from NEX and a couple of division books....I still have mine from 1989!
