I have communicated with the ombudsman a couple of times re the Truman's return. Best source of info is the Truman FRG Facebook page and/or your own sailor. There is a lot of public info on the FRG page re gates to use, times, etc. I can tell you what I know but only via a private message, which means you would have to "friend me" before I can do so.
